Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date.
• Accepted payments: Cash App, Zelle, PayPal.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the session.
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 30 days.
• One-time rescheduling allowed. Additional changes may incur a fee.

3. Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin and end as scheduled.
• Arrivals 15+ minutes late may reduce session time or result in cancellation without refund.

4. Image Delivery

• Edited images delivered within 1–3 business days via an online gallery.
• Rush delivery available for an additional fee.

5. Editing & Retouching

• All images are professionally edited.
• Extra edits may be requested for a fee.

6. Copyright & Usage

• DanEli Photography retains copyright of all images.
• Clients receive a license for personal use only. Commercial use requires permission.

7. Model Release

• Images may be used by DanEli Photography for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing.

8. Weather & Location

• Sessions may be rescheduled for inclement weather.
• Travel fees may apply outside a 25-mile radius from Newark, East Orange NJ.

9. Liability

• DanEli Photography is not liable for injuries or property loss during the session.
